Firewood Delivery
Split, seasoned hardwood delivered right to your property. We put the load where you actually want it instead of dumping it at the end of the driveway and leaving you to move it a wheelbarrow at a time.
Hardwood, split and properly dried, so it lights and burns instead of hissing and smoking all evening long. If you want it stacked rather than piled, say so when you order and we will take care of that too.
Wood moves fast once the weather turns over in October. Order ahead and we will get you on the delivery schedule. Ask about pricing and the delivery radius when you call, since both depend on the load.

We are based in Laingsburg and run routes through Shiawassee and Clinton County into the greater Lansing area, which covers Bath Township, Perry, Shaftsburg, Ovid, Morrice, Haslett, and DeWitt. If you are not sure whether we come out your way, call and ask. We would rather tell you no up front than string you along, and if we cannot help we will usually know who can.
Nixon's is a small family-run outfit, not a franchise and not a spray truck passing through in April. The same crew works your property every week, so nobody has to relearn the gate, the grade, or where the dog is.

It depends on the lot, so we quote on the property instead of guessing over the phone. Send your address and we will take a look and come back with a real number, usually inside a day or two. There is no charge for the quote and no obligation once you have it. Most yards around town land in a fairly narrow range.
Before the first real storm. We start filling winter routes in the fall and we cap the list every year, because a route that runs too long means somebody gets plowed out at noon instead of before work. If you want a spot, call or text in October or November rather than the morning after it snows on you.
